A serene oasis among the hustle and bustle of Hawthorn’s Glenferrie Road, Le Clec openly welcomes you with a tantalising menu bursting with modern French and Asian flavours.
Le Clec opened in December 2016 and its name comes from its owner Chang’s sibling group (Chang, Lyn, Eason and Clara). Inside Le Clec’s brick-lined walls, the family theme carries on via familial hospitality and a warm atmosphere, encouraging you to linger a little longer over a scrumptious breakfast or lunch.
In addition to providing you with a memorable dining experience, Le Clec is also passionate about working with the best suppliers. Your morning coffee is bought to you by Five Senses, freshly baked pastries come from The Grain Emporium and Felice’s Place supplies its famous double smoked thick-cut bacon.
Opening Hours: 8am to 3:30pm, seven days a week
For reservations, please call (03) 9818 8969. Le Clec also welcomes walk-ins.
Le Clec is housed in a beautiful 100-year-old heritage building. In this space, blond timber lines and exposed brick walls combine to create a space that’s warm and inviting – perfect for unwinding over your favourite coffee and one of our Asian-inspired French brunches or perhaps a weekend dinner with your closest friends.
Le Clec is also available for functions. The backyard with garden can cater to up to 35 people while the dining room can accommodate 24 guests. For more intimate events or occasions, the meeting room upstairs fits up to 12 guests.
